Manx Queen Scallop Linguine With Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine
  • 1 pound Manx Queen scallops, cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
