Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
