Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced onions, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
