Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the meat cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
- Grill the meat skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.
