Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (120ml) plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon harissa paste
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the lamb skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- In a small bowl, mix together the plain yogurt, chopped fresh mint, lemon juice, and harissa paste to make the spicy dip.
- Serve the grilled lamb skewers with the spicy dip on the side.
