Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 1 lb clams, scrubbed
  • 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups fish or seafood broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  2. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and seafood broth. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the liquid to a simmer, then add the clams and mussels. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and squid to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
