Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed wild berries (lingonberries, cloudberries, or blueberries)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the mixed wild berries and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch together. Slowly add the sugar mixture to the simmering berries, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

- Divide the pudding into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
