Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Gradually add water while whisking until the batter is smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with a little butter.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
  4. Sprinkle sweet corn kernels and chocolate sprinkles on one half of the pancake.
  5. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
  8. Cut into slices and serve hot.
