Ingredients
- 500g fresh fish fillets, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the fish, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated fish onto the soaked skewers.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the fish kebabs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
