Mas Kulhi Pasta (tuna And Coconut Pasta)

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 can (170g) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add the diced tomato, curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Stir in the drained tuna and coconut milk. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat it with the tuna and coconut sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
