Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mas rihaakuru (Maldivian fish paste)
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, mas rihaakuru, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Marinate the fish fillets in the prepared marinade for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated fish fillets for 6-8 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have a charred exterior.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
