Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the fermented rice batter, chopped onions, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with vegetable oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a round shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the Masa Pancakes hot with a spicy sauce.
