Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions
