Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly to make an omelette.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set and golden brown.
- Flip the omelette and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture.
- Serve hot with toasted bread or pav (dinner rolls).
