Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the pureed tomatoes, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the boiled pasta to the masala mixture and toss well to coat the pasta with the spices.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
