Ingredients
- 2 cups of dosa batter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thick pancake.
- Sprinkle the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, mixed vegetables, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt over the uttapam.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the uttapam and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until it is cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
