Masaledar Murgh Tacos (spiced Chicken Tacos)

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Now add the chicken pieces, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with the spiced chicken mixture and serve hot.
