Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken wings and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
