Ingredients

Instructions
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the pancetta or bacon. Cook until crispy.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the sweet and hot paprika over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and mash them with the back of a spoon, mixing them with the pancetta and garlic.
- Continue mashing and stirring until the ingredients are well combined and the potatoes have absorbed the flavors.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
