Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the pancetta or bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle the sweet and hot paprika over the mixture and stir to combine.
