Ingredients
- 1 breadfruit, peeled and diced
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the diced breadfruit in a pot of salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked breadfruit, tuna, cucumber, onion, and tomato.
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut milk and lime juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
