Ingredients
- 2 large breadfruits, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika, stir for 1 minute.
- Add diced breadfruit, stir to coat with the spice mixture.
