Ingredients

  • 2 large breadfruits, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika, stir for 1 minute.
