  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated breadfruit, grated coconut, coconut milk, and coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
