Master Tonic is a powerful natural remedy that has been used for centuries to boost the immune system and promote overall health.

Master Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 fresh hot peppers, such as habanero, cayenne, or jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp grated horseradish
  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder or 2 pieces of turmeric root
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • Raw apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all the chopped and grated ingredients in a quart-sized glass jar.
  2. Squeeze the lemon quarters into the jar and then add them.
  3. Fill the jar with raw apple cider vinegar, making sure all the ingredients are covered and the vinegar reaches the top of the jar.
  4. Cover the jar with a non-metal lid and store in a dark, cool place for 2-4 weeks, shaking the jar every day.
  5. After 2-4 weeks, strain the liquid through a clean cloth or coffee filter and store the tonic in amber bottles.
