Master Tonic
Master Tonic is a powerful natural remedy that has been used for centuries to boost the immune system and promote overall health.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 fresh hot peppers, such as habanero, cayenne, or jalapeno
- 1/4 cup grated ginger
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder or 2 pieces of turmeric root
- 1 lemon, quartered
- Raw apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all the chopped and grated ingredients in a quart-sized glass jar.
- Squeeze the lemon quarters into the jar and then add them.
- Fill the jar with raw apple cider vinegar, making sure all the ingredients are covered and the vinegar reaches the top of the jar.
- Cover the jar with a non-metal lid and store in a dark, cool place for 2-4 weeks, shaking the jar every day.
- After 2-4 weeks, strain the liquid through a clean cloth or coffee filter and store the tonic in amber bottles.
