Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the marinade.

- Add the marinated trout fillets, chopped tomato, and green chili to the pan.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the trout is cooked through.
