Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the diced tomatoes and roasted bell peppers to the skillet, and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the matbucha cool to room temperature before serving.
