Maultaschen Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Maultaschen (12 pieces)
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Arrange half of the Maultaschen in a single layer on top of the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the remaining marinara sauce over the Maultaschen.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining Maultaschen, marinara sauce, and cheeses.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
