Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 package of wonton wrappers

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cooked spinach, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the pork mixture onto a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.
- In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Carefully add the Maultaschen to the boiling broth and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the Maultaschen from the broth and serve hot.
