Ingredients

  • 2 lbs goat meat, cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 cups beef or goat broth

Instructions

  1. Season the goat meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
