Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
  • 1 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions
