Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 preserved lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a tagine or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
