Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups couscous
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cinnamon, and season with salt and pepper.
