Mauritian Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes

Instructions

  4. Heat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
