Ingredients
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
