Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) tamarind paste
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place the ribs in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour until the ribs are tender.
  4. Remove the ribs from the pot and pat them dry with paper towels.
