Ingredients

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the stovetop to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the ribs in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour until the ribs are tender.
