Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth

Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.
