Ingredients
- 12 lbs honey

- Water
Instructions
- Sanitize a 1-gallon glass carboy and airlock.
- Heat water and honey in a large pot, then cool to room temperature.
- Pour the honey water into the carboy and add the wine yeast.
- Seal the carboy with the airlock and let it ferment for 4-12 weeks.
- Bottle the mead and let it age for at least 1 month before enjoying.
