Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, cut into chunks

  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken, beef, and pork.
  2. Add the yuca, carrots, corn, onion, garlic, bell pepper, cilantro, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
