Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a small pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  3. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the melted butter and yogurt in a bowl to create a sauce.
  5. Once the dumplings are cooked, serve them with the yogurt sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
