Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 20 dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the meat mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each dumpling wrapper.
  4. Pinch the edges of the wrapper together to form a pouch, making sure to leave a small opening at the top.
  5. Boil the dumplings in a large pot of water for 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  6. Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
