Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2-3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package of ready-made pastry dough

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onions, potatoes, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and cut it into small circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each pastry circle and fold it over to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
