Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, potatoes, carrot, peas, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cilantro.
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
