Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, potatoes, carrot, peas, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cilantro.
  2. Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
  3. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
