Meat Ravioli

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out a pasta sheet and place small mounds of the meat mixture evenly spaced on the sheet.
- Brush beaten egg around each mound of filling, then place another pasta sheet on top.
- Press around each mound to seal the ravioli, then cut them into individual pieces.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
