Meat Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of fresh pasta sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the ravioli)
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out a pasta sheet and place small mounds of the meat mixture evenly spaced on the sheet.
  3. Brush beaten egg around each mound of filling, then place another pasta sheet on top.
  4. Press around each mound to seal the ravioli, then cut them into individual pieces.
  5. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  6. Serve the ravioli with marinara sauce and enjoy!
