Meatball Sliders
These meatball sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make option for a quick meal or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Preheat the broiler. Split the slider buns and place them on a baking sheet.
- Place a meatball on the bottom half of each bun. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Place the top half of the buns on the sliders and serve hot.
