Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Preheat the broiler. Split the slider buns and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Place a meatball on the bottom half of each bun. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Place the top half of the buns on the sliders and serve hot.
