Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  2. In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer. Add the carrots and potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
