Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
