Mechada

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and cumin.

- Shred the beef using two forks, then mix it with the sauce in the pot.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, then serve hot.
