Mediterranean Dream (Rêve méditerranéen)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, olive oil, basil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
