Ingredients

  • 300g mee pok noodles
  • 200g minced pork
  • 4 fish balls, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Boil mee pok noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add minced pork and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add fish balls and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls, then top with the pork and fish ball mixture.
  8. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs and chopped spring onions.
