Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as kingfish or mackerel)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
- In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, and salt to make a thick paste.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice paste and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the fish from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
