Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as kingfish or mackerel)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
  2. In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, and salt to make a thick paste.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice paste and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets until golden and crispy on both sides.
  5. Remove the fish from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
