Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
- In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, lemon juice, and salt to make a thick marinade.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
